Job Summary

  • The Compensation Partner will serve as a strategic compensation partner to the business, consulting with and influencing business leaders and HR partners on complex compensation matters.
  • Develops, communicates, and implements appropriate solutions (programs, processes, tools) that are aligned with the Global Total Rewards Strategy to align with business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years compensation analysis experience
  • 3+ years compensation analysis in Advanced Manufacturing/Aerospace and Defense
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Workday Advanced Compensation experience strongly preferred
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required
