Job Summary

  • This role leads an offshore support team responsible for the ongoing stability, maintenance, and enhancement of Oracle HCM Cloud, including incident management, quarterly updates, P2T refreshes, and compliance activities.
  • The position oversees the development of interfaces and reports, optimizes Oracle Cloud resource consumption, facilitates security reviews, and ensures all work aligns with Arconic’s IS standards and governance requirements.
  • Additionally, this role partners with stakeholders to shape the strategic roadmap and drive adoption of emerging capabilities—such as Oracle AI—through engagement, education, and change‑management efforts.
