Job Summary

  • Responsible for Banca F2F Sales in East Coast Region, marketing Single Premium and Regular Premium to partner banks, and coaching sales staff and branch networks.
  • Drive FE banca productivity, FE UT penetration rate, and Vitality attachment in the region while building and maintaining relationships with partner bank branch managers.
  • Conduct training and coaching sessions for sales staff, oversee region's performance, and prepare reports for Branch Managers to discuss performance and action plans.
