Job Summary
Responsible for Banca F2F Sales in East Coast Region, marketing Single Premium and Regular Premium to partner banks, and coaching sales staff and branch networks.
Drive FE banca productivity, FE UT penetration rate, and Vitality attachment in the region while building and maintaining relationships with partner bank branch managers.
Conduct training and coaching sessions for sales staff, oversee region's performance, and prepare reports for Branch Managers to discuss performance and action plans.
