Packaging machine setup and troubleshooting
Monitoring product quality and weight control
Handling and lifting 40+ lbs regularly
Adherence to safety and hygiene procedures

Leadership and direction to packers
Ability to write and edit machine programs
Experience with MicroStrategy scheduling
Ability to perform nitrogen testing
Experience with case sealers and robot cells
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
1-year production experience in manufacturing
Ability to lift 40+ lbs regularly
Ability to operate manual equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
