Job Summary

• The Senior Client Implementation Specialist will be both a subject matter expert on the Broadridge front office solutions offering as well as the liaison between our clients and a variety of internal teams.
• This is a predominantly client-facing role in which your main responsibilities are to interact with new and existing clients to perform workflow reviews, gather requirements, translate business requirements into technical documentation, and work with the Global Configuration team to ensure complete, accurate, and timely deployments.

Key Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field
• Familiarity with investment management concepts
• Experience with traditional buy-side institutions
• Technical skills including SQL, Excel, Tableau
