Define the country strategy for the Dermo-Cosmetics/Personal Care and Medical Care BUs within the framework defined by regional/BU management and play a direct role in the implementation of key initiatives, especially regarding priority topics.
Take responsibility for the income statement (P&L: from Revenue to the Operating Income) for all activity in your country/area and define the budget and the 3-year timeframe for the country alongside your managers for the area in the context of profitable growth and sustainable development of our activities vs. the competition.
Lead and supervise the team, develop skills and manage performance, both individually and collectively, and build bridges with other regions for sharing good practices and the ongoing development of our activity.
