The position is responsible for the timely investigation and resolution of global customer complaints regarding LightCycler systems in accordance with ISO quality standards.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor degree in IT or Biomedical Engineering
Technical support experience in MedTech
LightCycler device family knowledge
NAP/qPCR application expertise
German and English language fluency
Nice-to-have
Experience with Smarteeva complaint system
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices
Agile team collaboration skills
Mentoring and onboarding capabilities
Strong problem-solving abilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Biomedical Engineering
Proven technical support experience preferably in MedTech
