This role focuses on the advanced development of next-generation EV systems by integrating sub-systems like batteries, motors, and high-voltage circuits.
The team consists of five members including a manager and three engineers, fostering an environment where technical discussions can occur freely regardless of career stage.
Candidates will have the opportunity to gain broad experience in mid-term EV electric powertrain systems and be trained to propose future technologies from a system perspective.

Total Compensation: 5.89M-7.66M JPY for General Manager track; 4.58M-6.11M JPY for Specialist track; Monthly salary ranges provided with bonuses determined separately
