Job Summary
The Sales/Applications Engineer is a customer facing position responsible for quoting and co-designing custom machinery with our customers to meet their specifications and requirements.
Job function includes direct interaction with Customers, Sales, Technical Support, Operations/Manufacturing, Vendors and Management to determine product requirements, and develop designs/technical drawings and specifications in a timely manner to meet tight schedules.
This role requires the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintain documentation in Salesforce.com and Epicor ERP system, and support continuous improvement processes.
