Job Summary

  • This Omnichannel E2E Testing role leads a specialist team responsible for comprehensive validation of Omnichannel campaigns, Omni Lite campaigns, strategic scaling websites, broader website initiatives and other omnichannel capability integrations.
  • The position maintains a clear view of testing operations, drives resolution of priority issues in close partnership with Program Managers, Solution Owners, Omnichannel Operations Leads, System Leads and Global Leaders, and steers onboarding, training and continuous process improvement as new technologies are introduced into Omnichannel Campaign Operations.
