Job Summary

• The Field Medical Alignment Director supports the achievement of scientific and medical strategies across the portfolio of Company Products, serving as part of the Country Field Medical Affairs Leadership Team.
• Responsibilities include ensuring alignment and optimization of strategy and execution across all Country TA Field Medical Affairs Teams, and streamlining bi-directional communications between Headquarters and Field.
• The role requires an advanced healthcare/science doctoral degree, at least 5 years of field medical affairs experience with a minimum of 2 years in an HQ role, and a minimum of 3 years working in oncology.
