Job Summary

  • As a Senior Associate in the India PCC program, you will be responsible for coordination across the different value streams of GD PCC Program activities with specific focus in India.
  • Lead strategy and efforts horizontally across value streams to drive consistency and automation for common activities such as project management, business analysis, training, testing, reporting, and Operational readiness.
  • The Global Delivery PCC team will work closely with IT and Product to drive the strategy and execution of PCC program components.

Key Requirements

  • 6-8 years’ experience in financial services
  • Experience in key transformation projects/initiatives
  • Project Management and Business analysis experience
  • Back-office operations experience (Payment initiations, Experience in using HGN/IBS applications)
  • Strong experience in Business Analysis within banking, payments, custody, cash management, or financial services platforms
  • Understanding of payments processing, DDA platforms, ISO 20022, SWIFT, or transaction banking concepts
  • Experience supporting large transformation or migration programs
  • Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery models
  • Familiarity with requirements and testing tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, or similar)
  • Strong documentation and communication skills suitable for senior stakeholder and program‑level audiences
  • Strong managerial and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and drive execution
  • Flexible with shifts as per the project requirement
