Lead direct reports, including project and program managers, and provide mentoring and training to associates within cross-functional project teams.
Responsible for end-to-end management and execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are set up in Oracle ERP, accurately forecasted, and financially tracked.
Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure adequate resourcing for product development and engineering projects from inception through implementation.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
Minimum of 7 years of experience
At least 3 years in the medical products industry
