Job Summary

  • You will be managing teams, including direct Manager and Supervisor reports, and overseeing all areas of a Veterinary Diagnostic Lab.
  • You will create and manage budgets and use your proven ability to manage and deliver key operating metrics to successfully drive Quality, delivery of productivity results, Financial success and Safety across the lab.

Base: up to $160K/year; Bonus/Equity: Opportunity for annual cash bonus; Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision day one, 5% matching 401k, additional benefits

  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Tableau, and other PC applications
