Job Summary

  • This position provides on-going, in-depth nutritional assessment of patients who are at increased nutritional risk within a state-operated treatment center.
  • The Clinical Dietitian serves as the nutrition expert resource, developing all menus, detailed recipes, and tracking inventory through the food service vendor.
  • The role requires significant time devoted to patient counseling for individuals with chronic or high-risk medical and/or psychiatric problems.
