Responsible for the preparation, analysis and presentation of key business metrics, performance against targets & trend to management and use this information into productivity and profitability initiatives.
Coordinate actions with Supply Chain Management and Customer Operations team members to identify business opportunities, cost savings and creative solutions to problems encountered.
Work with team lead to ensure key metrices of strategic accounts are achieved thereby delighting the customer.
