Key Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning, controlling, maintaining, and monitoring of PAM
  • Trustee, Defender & Sentry Certification highly desired
  • CyberArk certification or min. 3 years of working experience
  • Experience as application and technical subject matter expert
  • Solid understanding of PAM services and related infrastructure
  • Good understanding of Management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Knowledge of industry leading practices like ITIL
  • Ability to identify trends and escalate issues
  • Analytical skills and ability to report/analyze data
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting deadlines
  • Knowledge of building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Very good client facing skills
