Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
• Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse immediately to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
• The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting them to new rooms or medical appointments.
