Job Summary

  • In this clinically adjacent role, you will complete family history intake, call patients with negative genetic test results, assist with triage of abnormal findings under counselor guidance, place test orders, manage prior authorizations and referrals, and serve as a primary point of contact for patient questions via phone and email.
  • This position is designed as a two-year pipeline role, similar to an internship or fellowship, for individuals preparing to become genetic counselors.
