Job Summary

• The BRG Corporate Finance practice specializes in providing strategic, operational, and financial advice to private equity firms, management teams, boards of directors, investors, hedge funds, and other lenders or companies that are either underperforming or in transition.
• Responsibilities include supporting client service teams on engagements, executing multiple tasks such as modeling and client presentations, and utilizing business, finance, accounting, and analytical skills.
• The ideal candidate will have skills in three-statement financial modeling, including scenario planning, financial planning & analysis, 13-week cash flow modeling, Chapter 11 process, and transactions, including sale of assets or businesses.
