Job Summary
Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications for resident use.
Assist in developing and implementing procedures to prevent medication errors and participate in Quality Assurance programs.
Maintain a friendly, productive working relationship with other members of the nursing department and report resident complaints or grievances to the Director of Nursing Services.
