• This role is critical to enabling a rapidly evolving global organization by delivering scalable, secure, and data‑driven HR systems and processes.
• The role also plays a key part in global M&A activity, ensuring HR systems, data, and processes are aligned and integrated efficiently during acquisitions.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HRIS/HR technology
• 5+ years of experience leading globally distributed teams
• Expert-level proficiency in Workday HCM modules
• Proven experience leading global Workday implementation
• Strongly preferred experience with ServiceNow
• Strongly preferred experience with Greenhouse
