  • Provides administrative and operational support to the Employment Law Group within the Legal Department, applying knowledge gained through training and experience.
  • Manage daily administrative operations for the Employment Law Group, including monitoring shared inboxes and Workday queues, triaging requests, coordinating scheduling, and maintaining accurate records in Passport.
  • Coordinate legal and financial workflows by processing outside counsel invoices, managing settlement and payment requests, assisting with reserves and matter tracking, and collaborating with HR, legal partners, and vendors to ensure timely and compliant execution of tasks.
