The Warehouse Supervisor will coordinate and execute warehouse operations to ensure departmental effectiveness and efficiency, meeting all product, supply, and equipment needs throughout the venue.
Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, this role supports event planning and preparation by assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities to warehouse staff, prioritizing safety, organization, and sanitation.
The position requires ensuring control procedures for cataloging, inventory, storage, and distribution, submitting damage/discrepancy reports, and contacting vendors for reconciliation.
