Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (prior to 2002)
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy (prior to 2016)
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Arkansas
  • 2 years of experience in Physical Therapy
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
