Marmon Holdings is seeking a Write-up Inspector to join their team, responsible for inspecting, evaluating, and estimating repairs for tank cars. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in inspections, a strong understanding of AAR and FRA regulations, and the ability to work independently while ensuring quality and accuracy in their assessments

Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for the inspection, researching, evaluation, and estimation of repairs in addition to the proper coding of and preparation of Billing Repair Card estimates.
  • The incumbent must possess a working knowledge of current Fleet Repair Standards, AAR & FRA regulations, and keep up-to-date on continually emerging changes/additions to these standards.
