Key Requirements
3-5 years of professional experience
Postgraduate in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or related discipline
Prior experience in IPC, Big 4, Big 3, financial/PE/management consultancy, or valuers office
Knowledge of real estate transaction structures
Sectoral experience in residential, commercial, retail, industrial, mixed-use developments
Good Financial modelling & Report writing experience
