Job Summary
You will be responsible for all field service operations for our chemical analysis instruments, including GC, GC/MS, LC, and LC/MS.
You will perform acceptance inspections such as installation and operational explanations of the equipment at customer sites.
This role involves a wide range of duties including validation work, inspection, failure diagnosis and repair, and sales promotion of support products.
