The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding patient safety and information confidentiality.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, monitoring vital signs, transporting residents, and promptly reporting any changes in condition or incidents to supervisors.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Record vital signs and intake/output data

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Collaborate effectively with inter-departmental personnel
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work flexible PRN shifts
Key Requirements
