Key Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, test engineering
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • Deep technical expertise in software engineering, quality engineering, testing tools
  • Proven experience evaluating, implementing, and scaling enterprise testing tools
  • Strong hands-on experience with testing technologies across UI, API, integration
  • Strong programming or scripting experience in Java, Python, or C#
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Proven success driving organizational adoption of technical tools, practices, and standards
