Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from accredited institution
  • 20 years experience in manufacturing/operations management
  • 10 years hands-on TPS (Lean, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma) experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship
  • Master's degree in Science or Engineering preferred
