Establish, maintain, and enhance product access through optimal formulary positions and drive sales growth by leading local market selling and pull through.
Navigate the complex payer marketplace and work to achieve maximum account penetration to increase scope and areas of influence within assigned National or Regional Accounts.
Collaborate regularly with other Strategic Market Directors, National Account Directors, and other J&J partners to ensure open lines of communication and synergistic efforts within the accounts.

Base: $141,000.00 - $243,800.00; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Vacation –120 hours, Sick time - 40 hours, Holiday pay –13 days, Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours, Parental Leave – 480 hours, Bereavement Leave – 240 hours/40 hours, Caregiver Leave – 80 hours, Volunteer Leave – 32 hours, Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours
