Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Minimum 2 years R&D technical leadership experience
Experience leading mechanical, electrical, and software engineers
Understanding of product development and quality systems
Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards for robotics
Experience with Agile and/or waterfall project management
Willingness to travel
Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
PMP certification preferred
Experience with FDA regulated medical devices preferred
