Job Summary
Develop project implementation strategy and activity plan, particularly for CASH TEUM-WASH-PROTECTION interventions, adapting as necessary with donor approval.
Conduct field visits to ensure program implementation aligns with plans and standards, and prepare timely, quality monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the DMT and donor.
Foster effective teamwork, coordination, and planning within the project team and across zones, while also conducting capacity building for the program team and identifying training needs.

Key Requirements

Knowledge of Cash Program standards (FPMG)
Advanced computer skills including Excel, CTS, LMMS, KOBO, DHIS2
Experience in humanitarian donor fund acquisition
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and stressful conditions
