Base: $176,720.00 - $265,080.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, wellness programs, and paid time off

10+ years strategic program management experience
Senior level relationship negotiation skills
Financial services or entertainment industry background
P&L performance oversight capability
Executive communication and presentation skills
Nice-to-have
Masters or advanced degree preferred
Experience with digital Citi experience integration
Ability to influence complex organizational structures
Deep understanding of loyalty program dynamics
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred
10+ years progressive experience in strategic program management
Extensive experience in financial services or loyalty industries
Proven ability to engage senior leaders across complex structures
