Domino Data Lab is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to enhance client relationships and drive customer satisfaction within a remote working environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success roles, particularly in SaaS/AI sectors, and possess strong technical aptitude to manage approximately ten client accounts effectively

Job Summary

  • Represent Domino during a pivotal period in the customer’s lifecycle, understanding and speaking to Domino's value proposition.
  • Demonstrate Domino product expertise and ML Ops / AI knowledge to have meaningful, consultative conversations with customers throughout their renewal process.
  • Partner with the Sales Team to ensure on-time delivery of customer renewals without compromising the customer experience along the way.
