The Committee’s ongoing functions include: Reviewing the Code from time to time to make sure it remains relevant and fit-for-purpose.
The Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs is seeking applications from experienced directors and governance professionals with a proven track record in the financial services sector and in technology, innovation, digital transformation, and Fintech for a member position on the Financial Advice Code Committee.
