Job Summary
Oversee HSE and Sustainability activities and ensure successful implementation of strategic programs across the country, in line with BU Service strategy and Hitachi Energy’s requirements.
Provide support, coaching and advice to leadership and line managers on HSE and Sustainability matters and report on the performances of the respective country along BU value chain.
Foster a proactive and positive culture of continuous improvement in HSE performance by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
