The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
You will be responsible for preparing and administering medications as ordered by the physician and ensuring that narcotic records are accurate for your shift.
This role requires participation in developing, planning, conducting, and scheduling in-service training classes to ensure a well-educated nursing service department.
