Job Summary

  • Independently manage several departments to plan, organize and supervise daily operations to achieve daily and monthly objectives, while respecting budgets, deadlines and safety in an automated environment.
  • Play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a safety culture by ensuring the strict application of health and safety guidelines and guaranteeing a clean and organized working environment.
  • Manage, coach, evaluate and develop your teams (± 150 people) with the collaboration of your Team Leaders and Leads, communicating effectively with your teams and with social partners.
