Lead a team of delivery drivers to achieve goals in productivity, quality, accuracy, problem resolution, customer service, employee development, and safety.
Coordinate all delivery operations including routing, delivering, and backhauling, working closely with the broader operations team for overall success.
Supervise delivery associates, oversee outgoing shipping, manage route efficiency, and ensure exceptional customer service key performance indicators are met.

Familiar with GPS tracking software (Samsara preferred)
