Job Summary
The Identification Unit provides critical 24/7 support services to the criminal justice system by specializing in identity investigations and quality assurance throughout the arrest process.
Analysts are responsible for positively identifying individuals using fingerprint comparisons, maintaining accurate arrest and warrant records, and responding to court requests including testimony when subpoenaed.
This role requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays, with all duties performed on-site at the Police Administration Building without remote work options.
