Key Requirements
Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience selling to contractors, consultants, or owners
Experience handling projects
Knowledge of Building HVAC, Fire Protection, Controls preferred
Experience in Building industry preferred
Self-motivated, work based on target
Able to forecast pricing, quotation & budgeting
Good negotiation, communication, analytical skills
