Job Summary
This newly created role is part of an exciting transformation aimed at enhancing clinical support to community nurses across Home Care Hubs.
You will deliver engaging high-quality training aligned to the Healthy Ageing Strategic Education Plan while coaching nursing staff to foster a positive high-performance culture.
The position offers a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to become permanent, based at hubs in Parkville or Keon Park.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse
Knowledge of Aged Care Act and Quality Standards
Experience in clinical education or supervision
Understanding of clinical risk and continuous improvement
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Nice-to-have
Willingness to obtain Certificate IV in Assessment and Training
Willingness to undertake Mercy Health Foundation Improvement Capability program
Flexible working arrangements availability
Proactive approach to transformation initiatives
Key Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse
Minimum Certificate IV in Assessment and Training or willingness to obtain
