The Engineer, Field Service is responsible for providing professional field service support for Radiometer diagnostic analyzers (BG, IA) and IT solutions, ensuring stable system performance, high customer satisfaction, and reliable operation in hospital laboratory and POCT environments.
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Radiometer blood gas and immunoassay analyzers in hospital environments.

Key Requirements
University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related technical discipline
Practical experience in field service, installation, or technical support of medical devices or clinical diagnostic systems
Working-level proficiency in Taiwanese and English
General IT knowledge including operating systems, networking, servers, and basic system connectivity
Ability to travel extensively (approximately 90%) within the assigned territory
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift, move, or carry service tools and equipment
