Key Requirements
10-15 years’ experience in operations and Business Development
Federal civilian agency clients experience
Department of War and/or FedCiv programs experience
Proven experience leading a team to capture and win on projects in excess of $500M
Proven experience winning base operations, facility O&M, logistics and sustainment, and/or prepositioning opportunities
Experience working on opportunities in both CONUS and OCONUS environments
Successfully executed campaigns with the Department of War
Ability to lead cross-functional teams
Ability to communicate effectively to executive and senior leadership
