** State Street Corporation is seeking an IT Change Manager to enhance their IT Change Management strategy in Quincy, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL and ITSM frameworks, along with hands-on change management experience in an enterprise environment. **

Job Summary

  • Develop and evolve the enterprise IT Change Management strategy, aligned with ITIL v4 / ITSM standards.
  • Own day-to-day IT Change Operations, including change assessment, approval, and risk management, CAB facilitation and oversight and stakeholder communication across IT and business teams.
