Must-have

  • Visual and dimensional inspection skills
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Experience with Oracle Quality modules
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Proficiency with calipers and optical comparators

Nice-to-have

  • Understanding of GD&T principles
  • ISO9001/ISO13485 quality standard knowledge
  • IPC certification preferred
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Team training and mentorship abilities

Key Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 1 year of work experience as a Quality Inspector
  • Associate's degree in inspection preferred
  • Understanding of ISO9001/ISO13485 standards
  • IPC certification preferred
