Job Summary

• The Tour Ambassador will be a dynamic, interactive role within the venue with a specific focus on the guest experience and how the guest relates to the overall venue experience.
• Greeting guests as they enter assigned areas and ensuring safety of our guests while waiting, on tour or in assigned areas.
• Providing a high level of customer service for the guest, resolving issues and referring issues to a Supervisor as necessary to ensure a pleasant experience.
