Job Summary
The team provides patient care and supportive services directed towards achievement of positive patient care outcomes, maximizing the patient’s involvement in his/her own plan of care and reducing the length of hospitalization.
Responsibilities include preparing patients for surgery (assessment, history review, vitals, IV start) and recovering patients post-surgery (pain management, ambulation, education, discharge instructions, and ensuring patient stability).
As a float, you'll receive your assignment by noon the day before and work either Pre-Op or PACU at one of these locations.
